Does the job well

We used this clipper the day we got it. The instruction video is helpful, but it does feel like it was made about 20 years ago.

Our dog was a little nervous getting her hair cut, but we did what the video suggested to get her used to the noise and feel of it, and that seemed to help. It gave her a good, uniform cut. Overall, for the price, I'm very pleased with this product.

Great little clipper

after using some of the better known, populat brand name clippers that cost up to 3 times as much and even more, I decided to try economical..What a suprise. Worked better than any of the others. Blades stayed sharp, did everything I needed it to do. The only down side, as many have commented on, it does ger very hot, but that just gave me an excuse to take a break.

Not so good

I have a year old Schnauzer and her hair feels soft. But, I guess its too much for these clippers. I oiled like crazy but no matter how many times I ran the clipper over her back, it wouldn't clip all the hairs. So after 20 or so swipes over the same area, I decided to just be happy with a thinning effect. When she gets back from the groomer, her hair is all the same length, something these clippers aren't able to do.

have used this product a couple of times on my long hair sheltie/border collie mix. has worked grest. easy to use and has plenty of shearing lengths to choose from. nice basic shearing set.
the buzzing noise is a little bit loud but you and the dog get used to it.

loving it

We have tried to cut or groom our dog but he wont let know one do it he doesnt like anyone or thing touching him except for my husband and I so we havent been very successful until now , I baught this groomer in hopes that we would be able to at least cut his hair a little bit and it actually worked he wasnt scared of it and he let us cut his hair until he looked like a normal groomed little dog. It was quiet and worked thoroughly without sticking or pulling his hair I was very impressed and excited over the fact that it came qick and didnt cost much either.
